MCO: Malaysia Airlines offers ticket-change flexibility


helo.my: Malaysia Airlines Bhd is offering passengers whose travel plans are affected by the reenforcement of Malaysia's Covid-19-driven Movement Control Order (MCO) and interstate travel ban the flexibility to rebook their airline tickets with a one-time fare difference and service-fee waiver.

In a statement on its website yesterday, Malaysia Airlines said the ticket-change flexibility is applicable only for travel within Malaysia from today to Jan 26, 2021.

Malaysia Airlines Adjusts its Ticket Change Booking Option

Malaysia Airlines understands the concerns of customers on travel and restrictions due to COVID-19. We would like to remind you of our offer of extended flexibility which allows you to rebook your travel by 30th June 2021 and travel by 31st December 2021.

The extended flexibility is only applicable for tickets issued on or before 30th June 2020. Click here  for more details.

We wish to also advise that tickets issued after 30th June 2020 will be subject to the standard ticketing terms and conditions.
